Please contact us by email at katycavaliers@yahoo.com to confirm the availability of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy but we are in no way a producer & we do not have many litters each year.  You can always find us & message us at Katy Cavaliers on Facebook & we are also on Instagram @katycavaliers.  

Each pregnancy is confirmed by ultrasound.  We will also do a puppy count X-Ray near the end of the pregnancy to know about how many puppies we are expecting.  We want solid proof & we know you want that too.  Sometimes families move their deposit from one litter to another and sometimes families do not want to wait for confirmation to get in line.  No matter when you send it, the deposit is 100% fully refundable.  Puppies are chosen in order of deposits received, however we always have the option to have 1st pick if we decide to keep a puppy.
 

After your application is approved, you may place 1/2 the deposit to get on our waitlist using Venmo (friend), PayPal (friend transfer) or Zelle & pay the remaining 1/2 deposit once the litter arrives & I know for sure I have a puppy for you in a current litter. Your spot in line will be secured once we receive your waitlist deposit. We share fun pupdates with families who are waiting with us that we do not share publicly. DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS REFUNDABLE! If we do not have your puppy, we will not keep your money! 

CHOOSING YOUR PUPPY: Ideally families will be able to tell us your color and gender preference when you place your deposit. We evaluate each litter at 8 weeks of age to see if we have a show prospect or keeper for ourself.  We will not know which puppy is ours right away as we look for more than just a pretty face and won't be able to judge them on structure/temperament until 8 weeks.  We will fall in love with all of them together. The remaining puppies will then be chosen by pet families in order of deposits received.
 

We post weekly photos & more. We are just as excited as you are and I am faithful to post weekly photos so you can see how much they change from week to week!  Don't be too surprised if you see a casual photo show up on your phone each day from me. I'll be getting to know you over the course of the wait as much as you are getting to know your puppy. 

We take early payments and encourage you to pay down your balance while you are waiting.  You will pay any remaining balance before you pick up your puppy.  Any amount you pay toward the balance of your puppy is refundable until the puppy goes home.  

We will send home with your puppy their AKC registration paperwork which will be activated before pick up, health records, microchip documentation (all microchips are activated before they leave me), a blanket that has moms scent and a toy with their siblings scent on it, a few extra surprise goodies from us and a sample of food. We will activate your puppy's 30 day free trial insurance before the puppy leaves our home.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy for any reason at any time.  In this case, if any money has been exchanged it will be fully refunded.  

Lastly, we want you to enjoy a lifetime of love & happiness with your CKCS puppy! We will ALWAYS be available to answer any questions and LOVE keeping in touch with our puppy owners who have become my extended family.

*Limited Registration: Limited Registration does not mean that your puppy is any less valuable, it simply means that a dog cannot produce AKC registrable litters, will be spayed/neutered & enjoy a carefree life as a beloved family pet.  THEY ARE ALLOWED to participate in the following events: Obedience, Rally, Agility, Fast Cat, Scentwork, Junior Showmanship, Trick Dog and CGC (Canine Good Citizen).
 

*Full Registration: We do NOT offer full registration at this time. Full Registration privileges allow the dog to participate in AKC conformation shows/events and will be allowed to breed. Since we do not have our own stud we have a lot more options when we plan for our litters but this also means we have extra fees associated with breedings than if we would have our own male. We require the stud dogs that we use to also adhere to the same health testing protocols that we follow or we do not consider them. Since we use outside studs we are bound by strict stud contracts to place any dog we do not keep for ourself on limited registration. 

If your application is approved, you will not only get a puppy from me but you will receive a lifetime of support for both you & your puppy. I have created private family groups for each of our litters so all the puppy siblings & families will always stay connected. We will go thru the puppy stage together and enjoy photos and pupdates throughout the life of your dog.
